I was born and raised in Willowdale, just North of Toronto in 1951. I had roots in Muskoka as my grandparents owned and operated Pinelands Lodge in the 1960s so it stands to reason that I would settle here. In 1985, I finally made the move to permanently reside on Highway 118 just outside of Port Carling.
From the years 1988 to 2003, I was owner and operator of a construction company working in the Muskoka and surrounding area. I had always been interested in art of all kinds as both of my parents were commercial artists by trade.
